Full stack developer

Job description:

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong capabilities in both Front-End and Back-End development, as well as experience

connecting AI automation and developing websites/systems. The role involves creating new software, building internal tools, and

improving business processes (Process Improvement) for clients across various industries.

We are seeking someone who is highly responsible, eager to take on new challenges, and comfortable working in a small, agile team.

The ideal candidate should have a Product Developer mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and contribute across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Software/Web Applications across both Front-End and Back-End using modern technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, or Django.
• Develop and integrate AI Automation Tools (e.g., OpenAI API, Vertex AI, make.com, n8n, Zapier) to improve workflows,reduce costs, and increase efficiency for both clients and the internal team.
• Design and manage Databases and Integrations, with a solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, Firebase, API connectors) to ensure scalability and system reliability.
• Build Internal Tools and Dashboards for teams and clients, such as project tracking dashboards, automation monitoring systems, and data reporting tools.
• Develop Client Websites/Systems with a focus on performance, usability, and solving real business problemsnot just creating beautiful UIs.
• Contribute to MVP and Prototype development, applying Lean Process methodologies from requirement gathering prototype design to production-ready products.
• Integrate with external APIs and systems such as ERP, CRM, CMS, payment platforms, and cloud storage.
• Work in a small, startup-style team, showing flexibility and supporting multiple areas such as basic DevOps, AI prompt design, or data pipeline tasks.
• Support team leads in managing and delivering multi-directional projects, including client work and internal research initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Experience with or exposure to frameworks such as React/Next.js + Node.js/FastAPI/Django, or similar technologies.

2. Solid understanding of working with databases, including SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Firebase,

MongoDB).

3. Hands-on experience or willingness to learn AI/Automation Tools (e.g., OpenAI API, make.com, n8n, Zapier), even if not an

expert.

4. Ability to integrate external systems via API, Webhook, and cloud services.

5. Familiarity with Lean Process and Product Development (MVP Scale).

6. Willingness to travel and meet clients for requirement gathering (strong presentation skills not required, but confidence to

discuss and share ideas is essential).

7. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and adaptability to support multiple roles within a small team.

8. Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and pushing beyond conventional boundaries.

9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain and present solutions effectively.

10. Certifications, portfolios, or relevant project work will be considered a plus
