Product Manager (Retail) – Enterprise Solutions

Confidential Client | Bangkok, Hybrid | 2 Headcounts | Immediate start

About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing AI technology company serving the retail industry. Its solutions already run at national scale with one of Thailand's leading retail groups, and the business is expanding across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

About the Role

This role is dedicated to a strategic enterprise retail account. You will own a portfolio of internal operations products that help large retail organisations run their stores more efficiently. Your job is to turn loosely defined business needs into well-scoped, integration-ready solutions and see them delivered in a complex enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery with client stakeholders to understand real business problems and prioritise what matters most
  • Translate needs into clear requirements (PRDs, user flows, high-level specs) that engineering teams can build from directly
  • Plan and phase deliverables, and balance new requests against the existing roadmap
  • Work with a cross-functional team of software, data and ML engineers and designers, and manage shared resources across projects
  • Coordinate with multiple client-side teams to remove blockers and keep delivery on track
  • Give quick, sound first-pass assessments of feasibility and effort
  • Grow into independently leading client meetings and managing the relationship end to end

What We're Looking For

Must-have

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical BA or tech consultant on enterprise or internal systems, ideally with system integration (ERP, POS, data platforms, back-office workflows)
  • Solid technical understanding at the architecture level. You can judge how complex a requirement is and what resources it needs. A development background is not required.
  • Strong ownership and a self-starter mindset: you bring solutions, not just questions
  • Ability to influence without authority and push back constructively on stakeholder requests
  • Diplomatic, trustworthy communication style suited to a Thai corporate environment
  • Fluent Thai and good business English

Nice-to-have

  • Retail domain knowledge (modern trade, convenience store, department store, store operations, inventory or supply chain)
  • Exposure to AI/ML products
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and architecture review processes
  • Tech consulting background
