Project Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in end-to-end project delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, from gathering requirements to ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to bring impactful tech solutions to life.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle (SDLC), from initiation to closure
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from clients and internal teams
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon standards
• Manage communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business leads
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget while maintaining a high level of quality
• Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in technology or consulting-related projects
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent ability to gather, document, and manage requirements
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in or with startups or innovation-driven teams is a plus
