Lead QA Automation Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable QA automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.

• Define and implement automated test strategies across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Review automation code to ensure high standards of quality, maintainability, and best practices.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure early defect detection.

• Plan, track, and manage QA automation deliverables, timelines, and risks across multiple projects.

• Support performance and reliability testing initiatives and analyze results to improve system quality.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards across the organization.



JOB QUALIFICATION

• 5+ years in QA automation using Selenium, Appium, Playwright with Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Experienced in building and reviewing automation frameworks with strong focus on code quality
• Solid in programming fundamentals, Git, CI/CD, mocking, and test tools
• Able to lead QA projects, track progress, and coordinate across teams
• Passion for becoming a strong team leader with a willingness to coach, mentor, and grow together is a big plus
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust, k6) is a plus
