Senior Data Engineer (Data Lake & Integration)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial / Smart Factory

Job Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines for large-scale IoT sensor data (batch & streaming)

• Develop and maintain Data Lake architecture across on-premise and cloud environments

• Implement data processing workflows using Python and PySpark

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and business use cases

• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure data quality and performance

• Support development of dashboards and data visualization for business insights

• Work closely with stakeholders and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Platform

• Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark

• Experience working with Data Lake / Big Data environments (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, S3)

• Familiar with both on-premise and cloud infrastructure

• Experience with ETL pipelines and data workflow tools

• Good communication skills with ability to work with business stakeholders
