Location: Bangkok (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week)

About the Role
Our client is expanding its elite team to support a flagship retail transformation project. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the early phases, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the software development team to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to understand and translate client business needs into software requirements.
• Conduct in-depth gap analysis, create as-is/to-be models, and define end-to-end business flows.
• Develop comprehensive business process documentation including swimlane diagrams.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment from concept to implementation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate updates clearly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
• Experience in the retail industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in business process modeling, documentation, and requirement analysis.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and working within software teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English communication.
