About the Opportunity

A Venture Builder founded by serial entrepreneurs is seeking a Venture Lead to drive the creation and growth of a new business. This role operates as an intrapreneur, with full responsibility for shaping and executing a business leveraging technology to modernize traditional models and scale across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of a new venture, from idea validation to launch and scaling.
• Identify high-potential, traditional business models and apply technology to unlock growth.
• Take full ownership of the business P&L and overall performance.
• Build, lead, and manage a cross-functional team across operations, sales, product, and marketing.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration.
• Work closely with the founding team to define the strategic roadmap and execution milestones.
• Analyze customer and market feedback to refine strategy and improve results

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, operations, general management, or startup leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to build or scale a business from the ground up.
• Strong business acumen with experience in managing P&L and driving commercial outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
