Role purpose

A fastgrowing ondemand homeservices marketplace seeks an experienced MarketingManager to unify and elevate all marketing functions. The goal: build categoryleading brand awareness and accelerate user, corporate, and serviceprovider growth in Thailand.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the national marketing strategyset objectives, budgets, and channel mix aligned to aggressive growth targets.
  • Develop integrated campaigns for B2C customers, B2B corporate clients, and Taskers (service providers) to ensure consistent value propositions across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Lead and mentor the existing team (KOL, content, design, ads) while identifying and filling capability gaps.
  • Drive performance marketing and growth loops; optimise CAC/LTV using multichannel analytics.
  • Shape brand positioning; track brandhealth metrics and consumer insights to inform creative and product roadmaps.
  • Launch partnerships and offline activations with property, corporate, and community channels.
  • Coordinate crossfunctionally with Product, Operations, and Customer Success on promotions and lifecycle programmes.
  • Manage agencies and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required qualifications

5-8years in marketing, including 2+years leading a team for a two sided marketplace, superapp, or highgrowth startup.

Demonstrated success scaling user acquisition and brand awareness to toptier market share.

Handson expertise across performance marketing, CRM/retention, content, and influencer programmes.

Strong analytical skills; comfortable with mainstream marketing analytics and experimentation frameworks.

Fluent Thai and confident English communication.

Proven leadership in fastmoving, resourceconstrained environments.
