About the Role
The company is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the development of its flagship product from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and execution, and is driven by the challenge of achieving Product-Market Fit.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to MVP launch and post-launch iteration in a zero-to-one environment

Design and manage a strategic product roadmap with clear priorities and timelines

Make confident decisions under ambiguity, even with limited or incomplete data

Act as a mediator between high-level stakeholders and the product teambalancing business demands, user needs, and technical feasibility

Apply best practices in early-stage product management while adapting methods to fit the evolving context

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) to deliver outcomes aligned with product goals

Conduct user research, validate assumptions, and drive continuous product experimentation

Define and track key product metrics to evaluate progress toward Product-Market Fit
Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in building early-stage or zero-to-one products

Experience as the first product manager in a startup or having led the development of new products from scratch

Candidates from large corporates must demonstrate experience in building new businesses or products, not just optimizing existing or mature platforms

Deep understanding of lean product development, MVP design, and agile practices

Strong expertise in product roadmap creation, feature prioritization, and trade-off decision making

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders

Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse teams around a shared product vision

Experience in the travel industry is a plus
