About the Role
Our client is seeking a Product Owner to lead the feature definition and prioritization of a mission-critical retail solution. This role is vital in bridging business needs with technical delivery, ensuring that every product decision is strategic, data-informed, and value-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize features and maintain a clear, outcome-focused product backlog.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the software development team.
• Write detailed user stories and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Drive the development process by aligning product requirements with business goals.
• Develop and manage product requirement documents (PRD) with clarity and precision.
• Ensure the product vision is understood and shared across all relevant teams.
• Make informed trade-offs and product decisions balancing customer needs and technical constraints.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, manage expectations, and ensure transparent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within a software house or IT consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of both business acumen and software development processes.
• Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
• Product mindset with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative delivery models.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English communication.
