    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and align with market trends.
    • Collaborate with clients in both government and private sectors to identify their needs and design customized solutions.
    • Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.
    • Prepare and present technical and value-driven sales demonstrations to clients, showcasing product and service benefits.
    • Handle contract negotiations, prepare TOR (Terms of Reference), and ensure seamless client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
    • Work closely with internal teams to refine product roadmaps based on client feedback and project outcomes.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business success.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Telecommunications, IT, or related industries
    • Experience of IT services, including software, hardware, cybersecurity, cloud services, and IT consulting is a plus.
    • Ability to design technical solutions tailored to client needs, with a solid technical background.
    • Experience in preparing and working with Terms of Reference (TOR) is an advantage.
    • Excellent presentation skills, sales demos, and the ability to effectively communicate product value.
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Familiarity with government agency processes and interfaces is a plus.
    • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges during the sales process.
