Network Engineer

Job Summary
       We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer to join our technical team. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining network infrastructure, configuring network devices, ensuring network security, and supporting both internal teams and external client environments. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in project coordination, documentation, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including switches, routers, and firewalls.

• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance to ensure optimal operation and uptime.

• Work with TCP/IP networking protocols and related infrastructure components.

• Assist with the setup and configuration of Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and IP video management systems (VMS).

• Participate in network infrastructure projects, ensuring tasks are delivered within agreed timelines.

• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation including work permits and safety documents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill technical requirements and support business goals.

• Ensure network security and compliance with internal policies and external safety regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching technologies.

• Hands-on experience with configuring network devices such as Cisco, HP, or Aruba is highly preferred.

• Experience in configuring and maintaining network services such as AD, DNS, DHCP, and VMS.

• Knowledge of firewall setup and configuration is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work on-site and comply with work permit and safety procedures when required.
