Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive (Tech & Marketing Solutions)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of high-quality leads and drive them through the sales funnel with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
- Engage leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and industry networking, especially those captured through our extensive on-ground presence.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to identify client pain points, needs, and desired outcomes related to CDP and marketing data solutions.
- Design tailored solutions based on clients business models and challenges by working closely with our product and marketing teams.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes from consultative pitching, product demos, proposal development, to contract closing.
- Maintain strong understanding of the MarTech landscape, customer data platforms, and the intersection of marketing and technology.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, CS) to ensure a seamless client onboarding and handover.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B solution sales, preferably within SaaS, MarTech, or Tech Consulting.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong analytical questioning skills able to uncover core business problems and align our solution accordingly.
- Independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented able to manage pipelines and drive sales autonomously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.
- A strong mindset emotionally resilient, confident, and experienced in high-pressure sales environments.
- A solid understanding of technology and marketing workflows is a big plus.
