With a dynamic team of 20 professionals across consulting and tech functions, the company is expanding its business development capability and seeking its first dedicated corporate sales professional.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and close new corporate clients for all service lines (HR consulting, tech services, feedback tools)

Develop and manage end-to-end sales pipelines, from prospecting to proposal to contract closing

Build strong relationships with senior HR and business stakeholders in mid-to-large organizations

Collaborate directly with the founder to shape the go-to-market strategy and client acquisition processes
Prepare sales proposals and deliver client presentations

Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of securing new clients

Experience selling professional services, HR solutions, or SaaS to corporate clients is a strong advantage

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving startup environment

Thai nationality; proficiency in English is a plus
