Our client is a fast-growing HR and technology consulting firm providing three key services:

  • HR consulting and corporate training

  • Software development (custom solutions)

  • 360-degree feedback platform and tools

With a dynamic team of 20 professionals across consulting and tech functions, the company is expanding its business development capability and seeking its first dedicated corporate sales professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and close new corporate clients for all service lines (HR consulting, tech services, feedback tools)

  • Develop and manage end-to-end sales pipelines, from prospecting to proposal to contract closing

  • Build strong relationships with senior HR and business stakeholders in mid-to-large organizations

  • Collaborate directly with the founder to shape the go-to-market strategy and client acquisition processes

  • Prepare sales proposals and deliver client presentations

  • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of securing new clients

  • Experience selling professional services, HR solutions, or SaaS to corporate clients is a strong advantage

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving startup environment

  • Thai nationality; proficiency in English is a plus
