Presale - Finance

Key Responsibilities

• In charge of presales activities, review customer requirements shared by sales team.
• Provide solution proposal to meet customer requirement
• Participate in customer meetings with sales to explain solutions
• Support Business Analysis task, understand and document current business process (As-Is) in financial domains such as banking, leasing, and consumer finance
• Design improved business processes (To-Be) and analyze gaps
• Create business requirement documents and functional specification
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for the system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields
• Male/Female age about 30-40
• Minimun 2 years of Experience in IT-related operations for the financial industry (banking, leasing, and consumer finance )
• English : Conversational and email communication level
• Thai : Native or business level
• Strong logical thinking, flexible & proactive mind, and documentation skills.
