Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Consultative Sales.

You will manage warm corporate leads, conduct deep discovery to understand business and capability challenges, and collaborate closely with our Learning Designer team to design tailor-made training programs.

Your responsibility is not to sell courses — but to act as a Learning Solution Partner who ensures every client receives a program that truly fits their business context.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Discovery & Relationship Management

  • Engage warm inbound corporate clients (HR, L&D, Business Leaders).

  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with clients.

  • Conduct structured discovery to understand business objectives, workforce capability gaps, and transformation priorities.

Consultative Sales & Solution Design

  • Apply consultative sales methodology to diagnose root business and people challenges.

  • Translate client needs into clear learning briefs for the Learning Designer team.

  • Co-design customized training programs including learning journey, curriculum structure, and delivery approach.

Proposal & Deal Execution

  • Develop professional training proposals including objectives, curriculum outline, delivery format, timeline, and pricing.

  • Present learning solutions to decision-makers and guide clients through the decision process.

  • Manage the opportunity from initial engagement through project confirmation.

Customer Success & Expansion

  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.

  • Maintain long-term relationships and identify continuous learning opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Core Capabilities

  • Strong consultative sales mindset (solution-first, not product-first).

  • Excellent discovery and business questioning skills.

  • Ability to translate business problems into learning solutions.

  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.

Experience

  • 3+ years experience in B2B customer success, solution sales, consulting, or professional services.

  • Experience selling or delivering customized services (training, consulting, digital, HR, transformation) is highly preferred.

  • Experience engaging HR, L&D, or senior management stakeholders is an advantage.
