Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (React + Go)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site Wednesday & Thursday)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in React and Go to join our engineering team. This role is suited for experienced professionals who demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to high-quality software delivery across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions using React (frontend) and Go (backend).

• Deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with clean architecture principles and design patterns.

• Write comprehensive unit tests and ensure high code quality and reliability.

• Create and maintain Docker files and support containerized deployments.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve engineering standards and practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong proficiency in React and Go.

• Solid experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

• Proven ability in end-to-end software development, from design to deployment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude.

• Deep understanding of clean code practices, software architecture, and common design patterns.

Preferred Qualification

• Familiarity with or understanding of healthcare-related coding practices is an advantage.
