Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements in collaboration with project managers and team members to assess feasibility and implementation approaches

Perform reverse engineering on existing systems and data sources to understand current data flows, logic, and constraints

Design and develop enhanced executive dashboards that translate complex healthcare and operational data into clear, actionable insights

Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and scalability

Enhance data engineering and software development processes, including documentation, standards, and best practices

Collaborate with analytics, product, and engineering teams to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making needs

Identify and resolve data quality, performance, and integration issues across multiple systems
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

2–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar role

Solid understanding of data pipeline architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling

Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases

Ability to analyze and understand existing systems through reverse engineering

Experience collaborating with project managers and non-technical stakeholders

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
