Key Responsibilities

Analyze client business challenges, identify pain points, and evaluate market opportunities.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover meaningful customer insights.

Develop both short-term campaign strategies and long-term business growth plans.

Provide clear strategic direction to Creative, Account, and Performance teams.

Ensure campaign execution aligns with the agreed strategy and KPIs.

Prepare performance reports and translate data into strategic recommendations.

Recommend next strategic moves to continuously improve results and drive client growth.
Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in agency or strategic planning roles.

Strong strategic thinking and structured business problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable plans.

Confident in presenting and defending strategic recommendations to clients.

Solid understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics beyond theory.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
