Position Overview:
The Account Manager will oversee the identification and placement of technical talent for opportunities secured by the sales team. This role requires experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of technical staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Account Sales Executives to understand client needs and job requirements.
  • Source and manage technical talent to fulfil identified opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology professionals and consultants.
  • Coordinate onboarding, contracts, and communication between clients and talent.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by aligning the right talent to client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum O-Level Maths and English.
  • Previous experience in recruitment and placement is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of technology skills and market demands.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
