Position Overview:
The Account Manager will oversee the identification and placement of technical talent for opportunities secured by the sales team. This role requires experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of technical staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Account Sales Executives to understand client needs and job requirements.
- Source and manage technical talent to fulfil identified opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with technology professionals and consultants.
- Coordinate onboarding, contracts, and communication between clients and talent.
- Ensure client satisfaction by aligning the right talent to client needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum O-Level Maths and English.
- Previous experience in recruitment and placement is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of technology skills and market demands.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
