About the job Account Sales Executive
Position Overview:
The Account Sales Executive will work closely with Lead Generation Analysts to identify and pursue technology consulting sales opportunities. No previous sales experience is required, but it is highly desirable for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Lead Generation Analysts to qualify leads and identify business opportunities.
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' technology needs and promote Talent Africa's services and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on AI, Cloud, and Sales innovations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum O-Level Maths and English.
- Diploma or degree in business, a technical subject, or any field (minimum 2:2 pass).
- No prior sales experience required, but experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
