About the Role
Our fintech client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager/Director to lead and optimize their human resources function. The role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to manage HR operations, support the development of staff policies, and oversee recruitment efforts. You will play a key role in ensuring the companys workplace policies are aligned with organizational goals while fostering a positive environment. This position involves managing employee relations for a team of more than 200 staff, addressing workplace concerns, and ensuring that processes and procedures are followed effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and managing competitive remuneration policies to attract and retain top talent.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR administration, policy development, and employee relations.
- Proven experience managing HR functions for a large team, ideally in the fintech or tech sector.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
