Position Overview

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Executive to coordinate and oversee our company's operational function, including Revenue & Marketing Operations, Tech Operations, and Administration. This role will have responsibility in managing and improving operational processes with the goal for Cygnify to achieve operational excellence. This role will involve working closely and reporting to both the managing directors.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Marketing Operations

• Oversee daily sales and marketing operations
• Manage CRM and ATS systems and ensure data quality
• Coordinate campaign execution and performance tracking
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions
• Analyze revenue metrics and prepare management reports

Technology Operations

• Lead implementation and optimization of AI & technology tools and systems
• Identify opportunities for process automation and AI integration
• Oversee digital transformation initiatives and system upgrades
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
• Ensure data security and compliance in technology operations

Administration

• Oversee contract administration and documentation
• Ensure contract compliance and risk management
• Coordinate HR operations and administrative functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-7 years of operational experience in the relevant domain
• Good understanding of business operations
• Experience in process improvement and implementation
• Experience with enterprise software implementation and integration
• Knowledge of AI and automation technologies
