Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance and Treasury Management Consultant fluent in Korean to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Finance, particularly in Treasury Management, along with a solid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Financial Supply Chain Management capabilities. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic guidance to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Language Proficiency: Utilize fluent Korean language skills to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience Requirement: Leverage a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP Finance and at least 4 years of experience in Treasury Management to provide insights and solutions.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis to define business requirements, processes, and objectives, scoping projects and deliverables effectively.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide comprehensive advice to clients on both long-term and short-term strategic imperatives, recommending innovative solutions that anticipate future business and IT directions.
  • Roadmap Creation: Develop tactical and strategic roadmaps for deploying digital solutions offered by SAP.
  • Implementation: Lead and execute at least one Finance implementation (S4 HANA Finance).
  • Treasury Management Expertise: Configure and implement various Treasury Management modules, including:
    • Bank Accounting (FI-BL)
    • Accounts Payable (FI-AP) and Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
    • Treasury and Risk Management (FIN-FSCM-TRM)
    • Loans Management (FS-CLM)
    • Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FI-CA)
  • Integration: Collaborate on integration with other SAP solutions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Solution Workshops: Conduct complex and interactive solution workshops to engage clients and gather requirements.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills by leading customer engagements at an executive level, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Certification: Hold an SAP S4HANA Finance Certification or equivalent qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Spert, Firm banking, and NBC will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
