Role Overview

Our confidential client is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Riyadh to support the execution of marketing initiatives across a diversified holding group. The role focuses on coordinating campaigns, managing digital and content activities, supporting events and brand initiatives, and ensuring consistent marketing delivery across subsidiaries while maintaining alignment with corporate brand standards and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

You will support the implementation of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across the group while ensuring consistent execution, strong coordination with business units, and reliable campaign tracking and reporting.

- Campaign Execution: Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across subsidiaries and corporate initiatives; coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule.

- Digital & Social Media: Manage day-to-day publishing and scheduling across digital channels; support website updates and social media content planning while maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging.

- Content & Brand Management: Coordinate development and distribution of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, company profiles, and promotional content while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

- Events & Activations: Assist in organizing corporate events, exhibitions, marketing activations, and partnership initiatives by coordinating logistics, branded materials, and vendor communication.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with subsidiary teams, sales/commercial stakeholders, and leadership to gather marketing requirements and support campaign planning and execution.

- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance indicators, track marketing activity, and prepare periodic reports to support marketing decision-making.

- Vendor & Agency Coordination: Liaise with creative agencies, printers, event vendors, and digital partners to ensure deliverables meet timelines, quality standards, and campaign objectives.

- Marketing Operations Support: Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, asset libraries, and reporting dashboards to strengthen marketing execution discipline across the organization.

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign coordination, or marketing operations.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience supporting digital channels and social media publishing.

- Strong written communication and content coordination capability.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

- Experience working within a holding company, multi-brand environment, or agency.

- Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing activities.

- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and campaign reporting.

- Experience supporting corporate events or marketing activations.

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools or social media management platforms.
