Role Overview
Our confidential client is looking for a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across operations and projects. The role will strengthen standards, audits, documentation, and corrective actions to improve reliability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain QA/QC policies, SOPs, and inspection/test plans.
- Lead internal audits, site inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Manage NCRs, CAPA, root cause analysis, and effectiveness tracking.
- Control quality documentation, records, and reporting processes.
- Ensure vendor/subcontractor quality alignment and performance tracking.
- Train teams on quality standards and support readiness and pre-mobilization checks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and quality KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (Engineering/Quality or related).
- 8+ years in quality/QA/QC roles with measurable outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and audit methodologies.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- ISO 9001 lead auditor certification or equivalent.
- Experience in [Industry] and multi-site operations.
- Exposure to integrated management systems (Quality/HSE).
