Social Media Content Creator (Remote, Part-time ~4h/day)

What youll do

  • Own a weekly, LinkedIn-first content calendar.

  • Create short-form videos (reels/shorts), carousels, and statics.

  • Write crisp captions with clear CTAs; repurpose posts across platforms.

  • Coordinate basic UGC/testimonials; edit for brand fit.

  • Monitor comments/DMs, route qualified leads.

  • Ship weekly analytics snapshots (ER, views, CTR, lead-assists).

  • Keep assets tidy (naming, UTM links, drive hygiene).

What youll bring

  • 2-4 years creating for LinkedIn + IG/X/TikTok/YouTube Shorts.

  • Strong portfolio (short-form + carousels).

  • Canva/Adobe/CapCut and a scheduler (Buffer/Hootsuite/Later/Sprout).

  • Arabic and English writing.

  • Comfort with native analytics + basic GA/UTM tracking.

  • Ownership mindset and sharp time management.

Nice to have

  • B2B/HR/recruitment content experience.

  • Light motion graphics; Notion/Trello/Asana familiarity.
