About the Role:
Our client, a fast-growing corporate services and business setup company in Dubai, is seeking an ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive (Business Development Executive / Sales Officer) to join their expanding team. This is a sales-driven role focused on acquiring new clients, generating revenue, and building long-term relationships with businesses and entrepreneurs looking to establish themselves in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Approach entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporates to promote company formation and business services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets (AED 100k+).
- Marketing & Client Acquisition
- Actively promote services across digital platforms, events, and networking forums.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive qualified leads.
- Position the companys brand effectively in the competitive UAE market.
- Client Consultation
- Advise clients on UAE company formation (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
- Provide guidance on trade licenses, visas, PRO services, and bank account opening.
- Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring renewals and referrals.
- Maintain strong partnerships with Free Zones, DED, banks, and government bodies.
- Deliver consistent after-sales support for client satisfaction and loyalty.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 4 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development (UAE experience preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of UAE market, Free Zones, and licensing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, Chinese or Russian is a plus).
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
