Our client is a fast-growing Series A startup backed by top-tier investors like Greylock and Felicis, building the infrastructure layer for generative AI. Leveraging their open-source roots in model training (Ludwig) and inference (LoRAX), they provide an end-to-end platform used by enterprises to fine-tune and serve large language models with best-in-class performance on quality, cost, and latency.
As they scale their go-to-market efforts, they're hiring foundational members on their sales team to help accelerate adoption across technical teams at forward-thinking organizations.
Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving new business by identifying and closing opportunities with ML engineers, data scientists, and technical decision-makers. You'll lead high-impact discovery conversations, articulate the value of fine-tuned LLMs, and guide customers from first contact through onboarding in partnership with our sales engineering and customer success teams. You'll manage a full sales cycle from inbound and outbound pipeline generation to forecasting, while collaborating with marketing to convert interest into revenue. This is a unique opportunity to help define the sales motion at a cutting-edge AI infrastructure company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 4-7 years of experience as a Account Executive in a technical field, with 1-2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative
- Background in selling technical products, ideally tooling such as Observability (New Relic, Datadog, Sentry), Data Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), or AI
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving growth
- Ideal track is 1 year as BDR with 3+ years as an Account Executive
- Naturally Curious - consistently seeking to understand why things are the way they are
- Excellent communicator
- Comfortable working cross-functional with multiple stakeholders
- Strong outbound skills and no fear of cold-calling
- Ability to build own pipeline
