About your new role:

As an Apprentice and Trainee Manager, you will be joining a close team of passionate recruiters, managers and coaches that work collaboratively to deliver jobs to youth and guiding and educating clients through the process of hiring through Apprenticeship and Traineeship

Your main responsibilities:

• Engaging and understanding your clients needs and pain points
• Mentoring youth through their apprenticeship and traineeship
• Increasing exposure and community awareness
• Providing excellent customer service to both clients and youth workers

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in an account management role and/or in a youth mentorship/development role.
• Have a good knowledge of Group Training, Australian Apprenticeships and/or the VET system
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and develop strong relationships with various stakeholders at different levels
• Worked in or have a good knowledge of labour hire, major projects and/or all levels of government
