Mobile Phone Technician - VIC

As one of their Mobile Phone Repair Technician’s you will be meeting customers wherever they are – at home, at work or even the hairdressers.

Work is primarily carried out in unique mobile workshops that are equipped with the latest tools, tech and stocked with spare parts and components to get customers reconnected faster!

A typical day as a Repair Technicians, will see you:

· Driving a unique mobile service centre courteously around Melbourne's busy streets.

· Receiving multiple call outs to fix anything from smashed screens, replacement batteries to broken buttons.

· Being the face of the business for all our customers and business partners and providing a memorable customer experience in all interactions

· Helping customers troubleshoot their mobile devices,

· Providing on the spot mobile device hardware repairs, and other hands-on technical support

And won’t see you:

· Sitting in the same shopping centre day after day

· Putting up with a grumpy franchisee or owner

. Working weekends

To be successful in this role, you will need:

· Demonstrated you have experience assessing customers’ needs and then providing solutions in relation to mobile device hardware repairs, trouble shooting, diagnostics and technical support

· A current Aust. driver's license

· To be able to manage time effectively, manage deadlines and be available to work outside of normal work hours to meet customer needs.

· Strong communication skills to be able to build and main a reputation with customers for best technical service in the industry

· Ability to adequately use specific technical hand tools, and soldering tools to compete work and to read schematics
