Duties (aka cool stuff you get to do):

  • Own and scale all sales operations, strategy, and team leadership across multiple industry segments
  • Build a world-class sales team establishing hiring practices, onboarding, enablement, and performance frameworks
  • Navigate complex B2B sales cycles with strategic thinking and maintain an active presence with key customers and prospects
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage pipeline visibility through proper sales stages and comprehensive reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to exceed revenue goals while establishing strategic channel partnerships

What you bring to the team:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, or safety-related technology
  • Proven ability to scale an early-stage sales organization from founder-led sales to a high-performing team
  • Experience selling to operations, EHS, or compliance decision-makers in industrial sectors
  • Comfort navigating complex enterprise sales with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Strong analytical skills to measure, iterate, and optimize sales effectiveness

Location & Work Environment

This role operates with a work-from-home element in our hybrid schedule (if you want and are close) or fully remote. That said, preference given to candidates from Denver down to all of Texas. But strong candidates from all of the US are still encouraged to apply. 

Compensation

$100,000-$150,000 base salary with OTE of $250,000 plus stock options. Accelerator clauses in effect for the first 6-8 months bringing OTE to over $300,000. No cap on commissions.
