Customer Success Manager
Our client has significant traction for our Visual Intelligence solutions across a number of verticals in North America (NA), including with Cisco where we integrate with their Meraki cameras. Our software leverages the latest in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to make computer vision easier, faster and more accurate. Our customers include well-known rail, energy, utilities, healthcare, and manufacturing companies.
We are seeking an accomplished Customer Success Manager to join our NA region sales team. This role will be tasked with managing the Cisco\Meraki account as well as another ten or so existing large enterprise accounts, handling business and Go To Market programs, expansions, and renewals, including working with the customers procurement and legal team on the legal documents for renewal. The successful candidate will leverage their experience in sales and project\account management to build strong relationships, work with the internal Customer Success Engineers to manage ongoing deliverables to retain current enterprise accounts. Customer retention is a key metric. You must be a self-starter, have high attention to detail, be comfortable with senior and C level executives, and be comfortable working with customers who have purchased a highly technical product. This is a high-visibility role with tremendous earning potential for the right candidate.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- This customer success role will be metriced on customer retention (our direct sales contracts typically renew annually)
- You will be tasked with demonstrating and evangelizing our solutions within existing customers (your Named Accounts) and highlight how we address specific computer vision use cases across the customers vertical
- The role will collaborate with a range of our teams including Customer Success Engineers, Project Management, Marketing, and DevOps to retain our enterprise customers
- Manage and update sales forecast\renewals in Salesforce
- Develop and implement sales strategies to retain customers and achieve expansion goals for the enterprise Named Accounts;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Named Account business owner, key decision makers and influencers;
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing Named Accounts
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of our deliverables and ongoing customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and customer information
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in a competitive market
What you need to Succeed:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3 5+ years in complex\high value enterprise sales account management or customer success management with a consistent track record of customer retention
- The role will fit best with someone who is highly motivated, driven, passionate and a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit, excited by taking on new challenges in a dynamic new industry
- It requires an energetic and passionate sales professional who can successfully track deliverables and influence customer decision making, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
- Some travel is required;
Preferred Experience (Optional)
- AI, IOT, Computer Vision experience preferred but not required;
- This is a technical sale, and familiarity with Visual AI solutions and use cases is preferred;

This role is 100% remote, anywhere in USA. Unfortunately we can not support visas at this time.
Our client offers a competitive base ($140-160K.year with a generous commission (renewals OTE $160-180K) that is uncapped. A full suite of other benefits are also included and can be discussed in your first call.
