Factory Helper

About the Role:

We are hiring Factory Helpers for a leading Marble Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidates will assist in material handling, polishing, cutting operations, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and technicians in marble cutting, polishing, and finishing.

• Handle and transport marble slabs and tiles safely.

• Load and unload materials from machines or transport vehicles.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

• Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures at all times.

• Support general factory operations and daily production tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a marble or stone factory preferred.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Basic understanding of workplace safety.

• Willingness to work overtime or shifts if required.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
