Credit Card Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Credit Card Sales Executives for a reputed financial institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct or outdoor sales of banking or credit card products and a strong drive to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell credit cards and related financial products to new customers.

• Conduct outdoor sales visits, set up booths, and engage with walk-in clients.

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly to potential customers.

• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.

• Maintain an accurate database of prospects, leads, and follow-ups.

• Build and sustain long-term client relationships.

• Ensure adherence to bank policies, compliance, and documentation procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in credit card or banking product sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven and customer-focused attitude.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
