About the job Technical Recruitment Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through internal databases, job portals, and recruitment partners.

  • Conduct pre-screening interviews via call or video to assess technical knowledge, communication, and attitude.

  • Evaluate experience, trade test results, and verify documents.

  • Coordinate with recruitment partners/agencies in India, Nepal, Pakistan, and other regions.

  • Prepare candidate evaluation sheets and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.

  • Maintain candidate tracking sheets and update daily recruitment status.

  • Assist in scheduling client interviews and managing candidate pipelines.

  • Ensure all shortlisted candidates meet client expectations in terms of skill, experience, and communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical or blue-collar recruitment (preferably in Facilities Management, Construction, or MEP industry).

  • Strong understanding of MEP / FM trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills.

  • English (Hindi/Urdu/Nepali added advantage).

  • Good with Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools for tracking and coordination.

  • Should be proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
