Role Overview:

We are seeking energetic and target-driven Credit Card Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to individual customers, achieving monthly sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, events, and referrals.
  • Present credit card features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers clearly.
  • Collect and verify required documents and ensure accurate application processing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and banking policies.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of direct/field sales experience (preferably in banking, financial products, or telecom).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Presentable, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
  • UAE driving license is a plus.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 3,000 to 5,000 (basic + attractive incentives/commission).
