Machine Operator Die-Cutting (Carton Packaging)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Die-Cutting Machine Operator to join our clients packaging production team. The role involves operating die-cutting machines used for carton and cardboard packaging, ensuring precision, quality, and smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor die-cutting machines for carton packaging.

• Perform daily checks, adjustments, and calibrations to maintain optimal performance.

• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, shape, and quality.

• Detect and correct any deviations from production standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the workstation.

• Collaborate with the production team to achieve targets.

• Follow company procedures and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position within the printing or packaging industry is mandatory.

• Secondary education or technical qualification.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• High attention to detail, integrity, and reliability.

• Willingness to work full-time on rotating shifts (morning, evening, and night).
