About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation & Compliance Officer to manage documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational processes. The role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and a solid understanding of documentation standards, particularly within recruitment or service-based operations.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and maintain all candidate, client, and internal documentation.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration requirements, and company policies.

Verify documents such as passports, visas, contracts, offer letters, and approvals.

Coordinate with internal teams, overseas partners, and authorities for documentation requirements.

Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for submissions, approvals, and renewals.

Identify documentation gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.

Support audits and internal compliance checks when required.

Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
Requirements
-
Proven experience in documentation, compliance, or administrative roles.

Knowledge of UAE labor, visa, or recruitment documentation processes is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
