About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation & Compliance Officer to manage documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational processes. The role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and a solid understanding of documentation standards, particularly within recruitment or service-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and maintain all candidate, client, and internal documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration requirements, and company policies.

  • Verify documents such as passports, visas, contracts, offer letters, and approvals.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, overseas partners, and authorities for documentation requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for submissions, approvals, and renewals.

  • Identify documentation gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.

  • Support audits and internal compliance checks when required.

  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in documentation, compliance, or administrative roles.

  • Knowledge of UAE labor, visa, or recruitment documentation processes is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
