Sourcing & Screening Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing & Screening Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, CV screening, initial interviews, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and quality hiring across multiple positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.

• Screen CVs based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial telephonic or online interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Verify basic candidate information, experience, and availability.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

• Coordinate with documentation, coordination, and business teams.

• Support interview scheduling and follow-ups.

• Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment sourcing or screening is preferred.

• Good understanding of hiring processes and candidate assessment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

• Basic knowledge of ATS systems experience is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office and online sourcing tools.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
