Printing Specialist

About the Role:

We are hiring a skilled Printing Specialist with solid experience in offset printing for cardboard packaging. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, maintenance, and ensuring high-quality printed materials that meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain offset printing machines used for cardboard packaging.

• Set up, adjust, and calibrate printing equipment according to job requirements.

• Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with technical standards.

• Take immediate corrective action to minimize defective output.

• Participate in preventive and major equipment repairs.

• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.

Requirements:

• Secondary education or higher.

• Previous experience in offset printing (cardboard packaging) is mandatory.

• Experience with cigarette packaging is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.

• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently and in a team.

• Willingness to work on rotating shifts.

• Creative and logical approach to solving technical challenges.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
