Lifeguard

About the Role:

We are hiring Lifeguards to join leading hospitality and facility management projects across the UAE. Candidates with or without a UAE Lifeguard License are welcome training may be provided for suitable applicants. The ideal candidate must be alert, responsible, and committed to maintaining safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming areas and ensure safety of all guests.

• Prevent accidents by enforcing pool safety rules and regulations.

• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.

• Perform water rescues when required.

• Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool area.

• Conduct routine checks of pool equipment and report issues.

Requirements:

• Lifeguard certification (local or international) preferred.

• UAE Lifeguard License is an advantage but NOT mandatory.

• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.

• Knowledge of CPR and First Aid (training can be provided).

• Ability to remain focused, alert, and responsible at all times.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
