Position: Game Presenter

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Employment Type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary plus bonuses (including flights, relocation, and ongoing accommodation)

Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of the company, delivering expert knowledge and superior gaming quality

  • Represent and maintain the company brand by adhering to presentation and grooming policies

  • Present all games professionally, showcasing exceptional presenting skills in line with performance expectations

  • Engage players effectively

  • Maintain technical proficiency and compliance with brand guidelines

  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and company growth plans

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent Dutch speaker (C2), both oral and written; fluent in English (C1)

  • Exceptional presenting skills with an enthusiastic and positive attitude

  • Outgoing personality with the ability to maintain high energy during animated performances

  • Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotational shift schedule

  • Reliable with good attendance and punctuality

  • Attention to detail and strong people skills in a customer-facing role

  • Ability to think quickly, remain calm under pressure, and maintain accuracy and discipline

Benefits:

  • Base salary 2,928 net / 5,004 gross

  • Performance bonus 604 net / 1,032 gross
