Start date ideally the week of the 29th September with the contract term ending on the 19th December 2025.
About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you'll act as the key liaison between HR and your department groups. You'll translate business goals into actionable HR strategies, using your insight, data, and stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful people solutions. You will be providing HR support and guidance to 4 Managers helping them support and guide their teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to HR contact for employees and managers in your group.
- Partner with business leaders to understand current and future needs, identifying HR solutions that support strategic goals.
- Use data and people insights to influence decision-making and drive cultural change.
- Lead local employee engagement initiatives and support performance management.
- Coach leaders to embed culture and change across teams.
- Contribute to the wider HR agenda, sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.
