Wellington | The Terrace | Hybrid Role (3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our team in Wellington. This is a hybrid position, with three days per week based in our office on The Terrace and two days working from home.

A central location offers excellent access to public transport, cafés, and Wellingtons vibrant CBD.

About the Role

As the LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and support of the Learning Management System. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless user experience for learners, managers, and stakeholders across the organisation.

This role requires strong technical capability, system administration experience, and a customer-focused approach to supporting users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the organisations LMS platform
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations
  • Upload and manage eLearning content and learning pathways
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Generate reports and provide data insights on learning activity and compliance
  • Support integration with HRIS and other systems where applicable
  • Provide user training and ongoing support
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrity
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to support system enhancements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience administering a Learning Management System (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, Totara, SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Strong technical aptitude and systems troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with SCORM/xAPI content and eLearning platforms
  • Ability to generate and interpret system reports
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively

Experience working within a corporate, education, or government environment will be highly regarded.
