About the job Service Delivery Manager
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage end-to-end processes on a major account. As SDM you will be responsible for delivering across several Service Management disciplines, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Deployment, Capacity and Availability.
You will be responsible for maintaining an appropriate Plan, along with the underpinning Process, Templates, Work Instructions and Toolsets. The aim of this role is to ensure that the Service remains compliant with the relevant processes and standards, is delivered in an efficient manner, as well continually improves.
The role is crucial to the successful delivery of an ongoing service, maintaining a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
