As the Developer working with the Qualifications Framework you will be a part of a larger team but will have a colleague alongside you in the same role what this means is that you are not going to be overworked! You have a team to share the work load.

You and your new team mate will scope and plan the development and review of qualifications, unit standards and the associated programs. You and your team will design and develop using your innovative and creative style.

What you will bring:

• A degree level qualification or equivalent experience which demonstrates your ability to analyse concepts and ideas and apply critical thinking skills.

• Extensive experience in qualification design and development, in a tertiary education environment and/or the Vocational Education sector.

• Extensive experience and understanding of the New Zealand Qualifications Framework (NZQF) and related accreditation and moderation systems.

• Considerable experience and demonstrated competence of the MS Office suite.

• Your personality, which is friendly, caring, supportive, and always willingness to smile and have a bit of a laugh because that is what your new people are used to and enjoy in a team mate.
