We are seeking a skilled and experienced Safety Trainer to join our clients team.

Joining the team as a Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to clients across the Waikato & Auckland region's. As there is an even split you can chose to base either from the Auckland (South) or Hamilton branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training in Fire Safety, Height & Safety Harness, Confined Spaces as well as Fire Warden training
- Along with others in the Training team work closely with clients to understand their training needs and develop customized training programs.
- Ensure that all training programs are delivered in line with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of training programs delivered, including course materials, participant feedback, and assessment results.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improving training programs and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Health and Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a training role and minimum 5 years in a health and safety role.
- Excellent communication, IT, and written skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Undertake training and qualification to enable the delivery of Accident Investigation & Prevention Training
