General Application Terms and Conditions
1. Accuracy of Information: By submitting an application, the applicant certifies that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge. The applicant understands that any falsification or misrepresentation may result in the rejection of the application or termination of employment if discovered after employment begins.
2. Application and Hiring Process: Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview or employment. The company reserves the right to consider applications for employment for a set period (e.g., six months) and to request new or updated information as necessary. This applies to both direct positions within **Talent HACS** and roles with our client organizations.
3. Confidentiality: Personal data collected during the application process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the company’s privacy policy. Information provided by applicants may be shared with internal decision-makers at **Talent HACS** and our client companies for the purpose of evaluating qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
4. Consideration for Multiple Roles: By submitting an application, the applicant agrees that their application may be considered for various job opportunities, either directly at **Talent HACS** or with our client organizations, unless the applicant specifies otherwise in writing.
5. Background Checks and Verification: The applicant consents to any necessary background checks, reference checks, and verification of qualifications and experience, where permitted by law, as a condition of potential employment, whether directly with **Talent HACS** or one of its clients.
6. Equal Employment Opportunity: **Talent HACS** adheres to all relevant equal employment opportunity regulations and does not discriminate against applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic. This policy extends to all hiring processes conducted on behalf of our client organizations.
7. At-Will Employment: If employed, the applicant understands that employment will be on an at-will basis, meaning that either the employee or the company (or the client organization) may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or prior notice, except as required by law.
8. No Employment Contract: Submission of an application does not constitute an employment contract. If hired, a formal offer and employment agreement will be provided, specifying terms and conditions. This applies to positions both within **Talent HACS** and with client organizations.
9. Withdrawal of Application: Applicants may withdraw their application at any time by notifying **Talent HACS** in writing or through the designated application portal. This withdrawal may apply to both internal and client-based positions.
10. Representation by Talent HACS: The applicant understands that **Talent HACS** acts as a recruiting agency and, by submitting an application, agrees to be represented by **Talent HACS** for potential opportunities with client companies. This representation includes communication and coordination regarding interviews, offers, and negotiations.
11. Acceptance of Terms: By submitting an application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions as part of the job application process.
12. Modifications: **Talent HACS** reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and will provide notification of changes as necessary.
