Referral Terms and Conditions

1. Informal Referrals: At this time, Talent HACS does not have a formal referral program. However, we value recommendations and may consider informal referrals when reviewing candidates for potential opportunities.
2. Referred Candidate’s Consent: If an individual refers a candidate, it is expected that they have obtained the candidate’s consent to share their information with Talent HACS. The candidate must be aware that their information will be used for recruitment purposes and may be shared with client organizations.
3. Eligibility and Confidentiality: Any information provided as part of an informal referral will be kept confidential and will be used solely for recruitment purposes. The referred candidate should not already be in Talent HACS’ database or have applied independently for the same role within a designated period (e.g., six months).
4. No Referral Rewards: As Talent HACS does not currently have a formal referral program, there are no financial incentives or rewards provided for informal referrals at this time.
5. Future Changes: Talent HACS reserves the right to establish, modify, or introduce a formal referral program at any time. Any such changes will be communicated clearly through official company channels.
